Para tal fin, se incluyó el examen de los órganos genitales, la valoración macroscópica y microscópica del semen, el comportamiento en la monta y los factores capaces de alterar la fertilidad. Abstract : The scope of this review was to present the importance of the reproductive control of the boar in pig production units. The importance of the examination of reproductive organs, estimation of the macroscopic and microscopic seminal characteristics, male behavior during mating and factors that affect the fertility, are emphasized.
