520			_aNarapa bonettoi, gen. et sp. n. é uma espécie interstical na areia do fundo do Rio Paraná, Corrientes, Argentina e pertenece à nova família Narapidae, do grupo das Tubificida. Se erigió la nueva familia Narapidae para incluir Narapa bonettoi, gen. y sp. nov., procedente de sedimentos arenosos del fondo del río Paraná (Corrientes, Argentina). Narapidae se caracteriza por: Prostomio bien desarrollado. Quetas ausentes (¿siempre?). Musculatura longitudinal de la pared del cuerpo gruesa e interrumpida al nivel del cordón nervioso. Línea lateral ausente. Faringe con divertículo posterior envuelto por glándulas faríngeas. Tabiques bien desarollados, con esfínter ventral por donde pasan las estructuras longitudinales. Glándulas septales ausentes. Plexo sanguíneo perintestinal se continúa anteriormente por el vaso dorsal. Vasos dorsal y ventral conectados por un par de comisuras anteriores. Cordón nervioso apoyado sobre la delgada musculatura circular y saliente en la cavidad del cuerpo. Clitelo en la región genital. Un par de testículos y vías masculinas. Testículos en 5. Atrios en 6 cubiertos por células prostáticas difusas. Poros masculinos en 6 con pene. Ovario impar en 7. Un par de espermatecas en 7. Reproducción asexual desconocida. The new family Narapidae is erected to receive Narapa bonettoi, gen. et sp. n. collected in Parana River, at Corrientes, Argentina. Narapidae is characterized by: Prostomiun well developed. Setae absent (always?). Body wall with slender circular and thick longitudinal musculature, the latter interrupted at the level of the ventral nerve cord. Lateral line absent. Digestive tube with pharynx, esophagus and intestine. Pharynx simple with posterior diverticulum surrounded by pharyngeal glands. Septa well developed with one ventral sphincter where the longitudinal structures cross. Septal glands absent. Circulatory sistem with intestinal plexus from where the dorsal vessel departs. Dorsal and ventral vessels connected by a pair of anterior commissures. Ventral nerve cord over the inner side of the circular musculature and salient into the body cavity. Clitellum in the genital region. Testes and male efferent apparatus paired. Testes in 5. Atria in 6 covered by diffuse prostate gland cells. Males pores in 6, penes present. Ovary unpaired in 7. Spermathecae paire in 7. Asexual reproduction unkonown.
