520			_aFue estimado en relación al peso, a 15,20 y 30ºC, por medio del consumo de oxígeno en confinamiento y ausencia de estímulos externos (en un respirómetro herméticamente cerrado). Se utilizaron especímenes entre 5,8 y 45,8 g. Se calculó el índice metabólico (mg O2/h) y la intensidad de metabolismo (mg O2/g.h) y se aplicó el método de los cuadrados mínimos para relacionar el primero con el peso de los ejemplares. El índice metabólico aumentó con el incremento en peso, mientras que se observó una disminución en la intensidad de metabolismo. El consumo de oxígeno aumentó en proporción directa con la temperatura. Se analizaron las ecuaciones calculadas y se compararon los valores de b con los hallados para otras especies. The rutine a metabolism of this species in relation to weight, at three experimental temperatures (15º, 20º 30ºC), by means of oxygen consumption in confinement and absence of external stimuli (in a hermetic respirometer) was estimated. Specimens between 5.8 and 45.8 g of weight were used. The metabolic index (mg O2/h) and the intensity of metabolism (mg O2/g.h) were calculated and the minimum squares method was applied to relate the first with the specimen weigths. The metabolic index increase with the weight increment, while a diminution in the intensity of metabolism was observed. The oxygen consumption was influenced by the temperature, increased proporcionally by its increment. The equations calculated were analized and the value of b were compared with the ones found in other species.
