520			_aResumen: El objetivo del trabajo fue describir la ubicación anatómica y la morfología macro y microscópica de los linfocentros axilares (derecho e izquierdo) del carpincho (Hydrochoerus hydrochaeris), roedor que esta siendo criado experimentalmente con miras a la utilización de su carne y cuero. Se disecaron cinco cadáveres de animales adultos y juveniles. Los linfocentros axilares se localizaron sobre la pared costal, caudalmente de la cabeza larga del músculo tríceps braquial, en correspondencia con la unión escápulo-humeral, lateralmente del músculo gran dorsal y cubiertos por el músculo cutáneo máximo. Sus medidas fueron 20 x 15 mm en adultos y 12 x 7 mm en juveniles. En el linfocentro derecho se verificó la presencia de tres nódulos linfáticos. El linfocentro izquierdo poseía un solo nódulo, bilobulado. Los linfonódulos mostraron una arquitectura histológica similar a la de los mamíferos domésticos. La topografía de los linfocentros asume utilidad para el examen clínico, actos quirúrgicos e inspección bromatológica. Abstract: The objective of this assay was to describe anatomical location and macro microscopic morphology from right and left axillary lymphocentres of the carpincho (Hydrochoerus hydrochaeris), rodent that is being expermentally reard for the use of its meat and leather. Five cadavers of mature and juvenile animals were dissected. The axillary lymphocentres were located on the costal wall, from behind of the long head brachial triceps muscle, in correspondence with the union between scapula and humerus, laterally to the great dorsal muscle and covered by the cutaneous maximo muscle. Their measures were 20 x 15 mm in adults and 12 x 7 mm in juveniles. The presence of three lymphatic nodules was verified in the right lymphocentre. The left one possessed a single, bilobulated nodule. Lymphatic nodules showed an histologycal architecture similar to dometic mammals. Lymphocentres topography assumes utility for clinical exam, surgical procedures, and bromatologycal inspection.
