| 520 | _aResúmen Se realizó un muestreo individual de leche de vacas, haciendo un pool de cuartos de un rodeo lechero con un total de n=77 vacas lecheras. Se determinó la grasa bitirosa (GB), proteínas (P), lactosa (L), sólidos totales (ST), sólidos no grasos (SNG), recuento de células somáticas (RCS) y unidades formadoras de colonias (UFC). Con esta información se seleccionaron cuatro vacas y se les realizó estudios ecográficos antes y después del ordeñe. Es importante la precisión de la técnica para realizar mediciones de cavidades como sistema de la leche y conductos. Las imágenes observadas de tejidos inflamados y fibrosos son compatibles con mastittis crónicas. La ecografía parece ser ua herramienta útil para precisar alteraciones grandulares mamarias compatibles con mastitis. Summary An individual sampling of milch cows was made with pools of quarters of a 77 head milk herd. Butyric fat, proteins, lactose, total solids, non-fatty solids, counts of somatic cells and colony forming units were determined. With this information 4 cows were selected and submitted to ecographic studies before and after milking. Precision in the technique is important in the measuring of cavities such as the milk cistern and ducts. The images observed of inflamed and fibrous tissues were compatible with chronic mastitis.
