<br/><br/> The new species Onosma riedliana Binzet & Orcan (Boraginaceae) in subsection Asterotricha (Boissier) Gürke is described and illustrated. The species is restricted to the north of Gülnar (Mersin Province, southern Turkey). Diagnostic morphological characters for detailed discriminaion from the most closely similar taxa are discussed.
