- 4 páginas
The distribution of Galaxias maculatus from southern South America is depicted. New findings of this species allow to discuss the present distribution in the Argentinean Patagonia. Galaxias maculatus is recorded for the first time in the río Negro. The material collected can be consider as part of diadromous populations moving between the river and Atlantic ocean, or non-diadromous populations inhabiting the river, or non-diadromous and diadromous populations living together in the river.
